Batch Generate Text with any AI
Batch Generate Text with any AI is a Windows desktop app by 3thousand30 for generating batches of written content using your own AI provider - blog articles, LinkedIn posts, X posts and threads, Facebook posts, short stories, product copy, launch drafts, help docs, and custom writing tasks.
You bring your own AI API key (BYOK). The app connects directly to the provider of your choice - no middleman, no subscription from us, and no file storage operated by us.
How it works
- Choose your writing profile - select a persona with values, goals, a personal note, do/avoid rules, and 10 writing datapoints
- Add optional guidance - load writing samples for style analysis and quote files for approved source material
- Set up generation - choose the template, audience, language, influence balance, content list, and output folder
- Preview, then generate - preview one item first, then run the whole batch when it looks right
Each run saves files locally in a timestamped folder. No account is required.

- Persona profiles - compact writing profiles with values, goals, personal notes, do/avoid rules, rhetoric, and 10 scored writing datapoints

- Influence balance - choose Persona-led, Balanced, or Sample-led generation while persona hard rules still override samples
- Generate CSV helper - create 1-50 content-list rows with title, theme, keywords, and notes from inside the app
- Quote injection - load a quote bank so relevant approved quotes can be woven in naturally
- Preview before committing - generate just the first item and review it in-app before running the full batch
- 24 built-in languages - choose the output language on the Generate step; custom language covers additional languages
- Built-in topic files - open ready-to-use CSV/YAML topic lists, writing samples, and quote banks directly from the app
- Multiple saved connections - store up to 10 named API keys and switch the active connection in one click
- Secure API key storage - keys are encrypted on-device using Windows DPAPI and sent only to your chosen AI provider
