What we collect

3thousand30 does not collect, store, or receive your documents, extracted text, translations, or saved configuration through our own servers.

No analytics sent to us
No telemetry sent to us
No crash reporting sent to us
No account or registration required

What may leave your device

When you translate, the app sends the text extracted from your documents directly to the AI provider you configure. This is the core function of the app — the document text and translation instructions are transmitted to that provider so it can produce the translation.

Your API key is transmitted to your chosen provider as an authentication credential. It is stored on your device only, encrypted using Windows DPAPI. It is never sent anywhere else by us.

The app may also request the Inter user-interface font from Google Fonts so the app looks consistent across devices. That font request is made directly from your device to Google’s servers and may include standard network information such as your IP address and request metadata, subject to Google’s own privacy practices. If Google Fonts is unavailable, the app falls back to local system fonts.

3thousand30 does not receive your document content except through the AI provider you intentionally use, and we do not receive the contents of those Google font requests.

Your configuration (provider settings, language choices) — stored in %APPDATA%\batchtranslate\
Your API key — stored in encrypted form via Windows secure storage
Translated output files and the run checkpoint — written to the output folder you choose

This information remains on your device unless you choose to send document text to an AI provider or otherwise share it.
