Output Templates

Templates are reusable output starting points. Unlike a persona, a template describes the job for this track: for example, a Product Demo or Podcast Intro.

Choosing a template fills practical defaults such as duration, mood, genre, tempo, instruments, loop setting, and output format. The template does not lock those values: the settings visible in 2. Output are used for the current track.

Edit a template

On 2. Output, use the pencil beside the template picker. You can rename the template, change its description and prompt framework, and adjust its defaults and do/avoid rules. Mood is a multi-select list and genre is a list, matching the controls used when you generate.

The prompt framework and do/avoid rules remain part of the template. The Output controls override only the matching defaults—duration, mood, genre, tempo, instruments, loop setting, and output format—for this track.

Use personas for a recurring musical direction and templates for a recurring deliverable. For example, Brand & Product Music can pair with a Product Demo template.
