Getting started

  1. Open Personal Workspace and choose a folder to become a workspace.
  2. Create pages and child pages from the sidebar. Personal Workspace writes them as normal Markdown files and folders in that workspace.
  3. Use the editor toolbar or slash commands to add formatting, tasks, tables, images, and attachments.
  4. Insert a table from CSV when you already have structured data. Use the table controls to sort, filter, import, or export CSV.
  5. Use the workspace menu to add or switch between workspaces.

Password protection

You can protect an individual page or an entire workspace. Keep the password somewhere safe: Personal Workspace cannot recover it. When you leave a protected page or workspace, it locks again and requires the password before it can be opened.

File transfer

For a quick local transfer, unlock the file on the PC, generate a QR code, and open it from a phone on the same Wi-Fi network. Your PC acts as the temporary transfer server: the QR code points directly to your computer, not to a 3thousand30 website or server. The server runs only while the transfer is active. From the phone, you can download the Markdown file and upload it back; an upload with the same filename replaces the PC copy, while a different file is saved as an attachment.

3thousand30 does not receive, relay, inspect, or store transfer files. A password-protected note must first be unlocked on the PC before you generate its QR code.

The local transfer uses plain HTTP, so transferred file contents are not encrypted in transit. Use it only on a network you trust. Read the privacy policy before transferring sensitive information.
