What we collect

3thousand30 does not collect, store, or receive your source PDFs, compressed PDFs, filenames, folders, page previews, compression settings, passwords, or batch results through this app.

What happens on your device

Batch Compress PDF processes PDF files locally on your Windows device. Compression, preview rendering, preflight checks, output validation, and batch progress happen on the PC running the app.

Your PDF contents are not uploaded to 3thousand30 servers for compression.

Source and output files

The app reads only the PDF files or folders you select. It writes compressed results to the output folder you choose.

Batch Compress PDF does not overwrite an input file directly. It writes a temporary candidate, validates that the candidate can be reopened, and then promotes the output using the app’s collision rules.

PDF structure and metadata

Compression can change file size, image encoding, and, in Flatten mode, document interactivity. Smart and Smaller modes are designed to preserve text, links, forms, page size, and document structure where the source file allows it.

PDF metadata may remain in exported files when it is present in the source document and supported by the selected workflow. Review output files before sharing them if embedded metadata matters for your workflow.

Files the app skips

The app skips encrypted, signed, malformed, or unsupported PDFs when processing them would be unsafe or likely to invalidate the document. Skipped files remain in their original location and are not modified.

Windows and the Microsoft Store may independently collect installation, purchase, licensing, reliability, or crash information under Microsoft’s own terms.

Documentation, support, Microsoft Store, and website links open in your browser. Those destinations are governed by their own privacy policies and browser settings.
