Troubleshooting

• A file was skipped: encrypted, digitally signed, and malformed PDFs are deliberately not changed.
• The result says unchanged: the candidate was not smaller, so the app preserved the original bytes.
• The destination cannot be written: choose a writable local folder with sufficient free space.
• Preview is unavailable: repair or reinstall the app so the bundled pdfium.dll is restored.
• A batch was cancelled: completed outputs remain; temporary incomplete files are removed.
