Batch Text to PDF
Batch Text to PDF is a Windows desktop app by 3thousand30 for converting folders of Markdown, plain text, DOCX, and image files into clean PDFs — one per file, or all combined into one.
Point it at a folder. Choose your page size and margins. Convert the whole batch.
How it works
- Select your input folder — the app finds all supported files:
.md,.txt,.docx,.jpg,.jpeg,.png,.webp,.gif - Choose a page size — A4, Letter, US Trade, and more, or enter custom dimensions in mm
- Set margins — Normal, Wide, Narrow, or Custom
- Choose output mode — one PDF per file, or everything combined into a single
combined.pdf - Convert — output files are written to a subfolder inside your input folder
All conversion happens locally on your machine. Your files are not uploaded anywhere.

- 8 page size presets — A4, Letter, A5, US Trade 6×9”, 5×8”, Square 6×6”, Square 8×8”, Children’s Landscape, or custom mm dimensions
- Margin presets — Normal, Wide, Narrow, or Custom (mm)

combined.pdf - Page numbers — optionally add page numbers to the output
- Auto-pair images — pair a text file with a same-named image (e.g.
poem.txt+poem.jpg); the image appears above or below the text, inline or full-page - Skip existing — rerun safely without reconverting already completed files
- Markdown support — headings, bold, italic, lists, blockquotes, and code blocks render correctly
- Multilingual text and colour emoji — preserve German and other Windows-supported scripts plus skin tones, flags, keycaps, and joined emoji sequences
- DOCX support — extract paragraph text from Word DOCX files
- Local processing — no uploads, no account required
