What we collect

What happens on your device

Batch Watermark PDF processes selected PDF files and selected PNG/JPEG watermark image files locally on your Windows device. Preview rendering, watermark placement, batch progress, output validation, and cancellation cleanup happen on the PC running the app.

Your PDF contents and watermark images are not uploaded to 3thousand30 servers for watermarking.

Data stored on your device

The app may store ordinary local preferences, such as last-used output settings, theme choice, or watermark configuration. Watermarked PDFs are written only to the output folder you choose.

This information remains on your device unless you choose to share it.

Source and output files

The app reads only the PDF and image files or folders you select. It does not overwrite an input file directly. Outputs are written as temporary candidates, validated, and then promoted using the app’s collision rules.

Signed, encrypted, and unsupported PDFs

Signed and encrypted PDFs are skipped. Malformed or unsupported PDFs are also skipped when they cannot be safely processed or reopened. Skipped files remain in their original location and are not modified.

Windows and the Microsoft Store may independently collect installation, purchase, licensing, reliability, or crash information under Microsoft’s own terms.

Documentation, support, Microsoft Store, and website links open in your browser. Those destinations are governed by their own privacy policies and browser settings.
